This workshop will explore how to strengthen your body in order to increase immunity, prevent illness, and improve over all health and well being for the winter. During the workshop Shana will also work with the group to come up with a practical plan for each participant that can be implemented to improve your health and immunity for the winter months. Some of the topics discussed will include:
- knowing what foods will be most strengthening for your individual body type
- principles for supporting good health in the winter months
- herbal medicine for support and prevention
- probiotic use
